Your marketplace, rebuilt for how people buy pro beauty today.
We didn't send a slide deck. We rebuilt sellerspree.com as a working store — your real products and shades, live search, cart, checkout, order tracking and an assistant preview — so you can click through the future before deciding anything.

sellerspree.com today, by the numbers
We ran the current site through the same checks we use for our own products. The catalog and the brand relationships are strong. The storefront is holding them back.
- Shade choice is split in two. A 107-option dropdown plus a separate thumbnail strip; the price is shown as a range ($6.57–$18.25) until a shade is picked, and stock only appears in a popup.
- Pages are heavy. 272 KB of HTML and 76 images on the home page, only 2 of them lazy-loaded; a jQuery + Bootstrap stack with 27 scripts.
- Little buying guidance where the decision happens. No ratings on product cards, no delivery estimate or returns info up front, no related products, no wishlist or saved items.
- What already works: a clear brand identity, a responsive layout, search autocomplete, reviews and an FAQ on product pages, structured data, canonical URLs and the zero-fee seller proposition. We kept all of it.
A Laravel storefront on the VendorElite platform (Apache/PHP), product images served from VendorElite's S3 bucket, three jQuery versions + Bootstrap 5 + Swiper/GLightbox/Toastr, Google Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA on forms, a separate seller portal (seller.sellerspree.com) and Visa / Mastercard / PayPal / Skrill at checkout. We keep what works and migrate the data, not the code.
Measured Oct 20, 2026 with Chrome and curl from Tashkent; your US customers will see faster transfer times, but page weight and structure are the same everywhere.
Drag to compare the home page
Same products, same brands, same green-and-navy identity. Different hierarchy: categories, brands and trust signals first; the hero sells the catalog instead of a stock photo.

Mobile is where beauty is bought
Both phones are live: scroll and tap inside them. v2 keeps the bottom bar you already have, but puts Shop and Wishlist in it, keeps search one tap away, adds a sticky “Add to cart” bar on product pages, swatches you can actually tap, and a cart that tells you how far you are from free shipping. The same backend powers the iOS and Android apps in weeks 7–8.
Open the demo on your phoneEverything a shopper expects from a modern marketplace
Each card links to the real thing in the demo. Nothing here is a mockup.
Prices, stock, ratings, reviews, "sold" counts and the $49 free-shipping threshold are illustrative demo data; in production we use your catalog and your shipping policy.
Swatch thumbnails, per-shade price and stock, URL that remembers the shade.
Try it →Suggestions for products, brands, categories and shade names as you type.
Search “blonde” →Category, brand, price, in-stock; sort by best sellers, rating, price, newest.
Browse hair color →Ratings on every card, verified-purchase reviews, seller and returns on the page.
Top rated →Add without leaving the page, free-shipping progress bar, Buy now, saved cart after sign-out.
Open cart →Address, delivery speed and payment on one screen; double-submit safe; address remembered.
Checkout →Placed → Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → Delivered with an ETA, plus order history.
Your orders →Save items; get an e-mail when a sold-out shade returns. Demand data feeds purchasing.
Wishlist →Finds products and shades from the catalog. Shown here as a preview; a full assistant is a later, optional step — training it on your catalog takes time and has running costs, so we add it only when it pays off.
Try the preview →Clean URLs (/brand/goldwell, /c/shampoo) with structured data — built for Google.
All brands →Both themes designed, not inverted; keyboard focus states; AA contrast on text.
Toggle theme →Orders, catalog with shade inlines, brands, reviews, wishlist/restock rankings, AI usage costs.
Admin →Three numbers that matter for a marketplace
We don't promise percentages before we see your analytics. We do promise the mechanisms that move them — and we have shipped each of them before.
More visitors finish the purchase
Shade swatches instead of a dropdown, price and stock per shade, reviews on cards, Buy now, free-shipping nudge, one-page checkout, saved address. Every step that loses shoppers today gets shorter.
Rank for “goldwell topchic 6n”, not just your name
Server-rendered pages, one URL per brand, category and product, Product structured data, sitemaps, redirects from every old URL, Core Web Vitals in the green — the same playbook we run on our own platforms.
Pros reorder the same shade every month
Accounts with order history, one-tap reorder, wishlist and restock e-mails, push notifications in the apps. Demand signals (wishlist, restock requests, "not for me") tell you what to stock next.
Products we run in production
JaysonKhan builds and operates its own platforms — the same stack, servers and habits we would bring to SellerSpree. User counts are from our production databases, Oct 21, 2026.
UzExam
Adaptive exam-prep platform for Uzbekistan (DTM, IELTS, SAT, Multilevel, driving test, interviews): web, Telegram Mini App and 7 Android apps, AI mentor, payments via Click, Google Play billing and Telegram Stars.
EduStats
Student-voice and education-analytics platform: university ratings with verified reviews, admission-score history, a Telegram bot with a 50k+ audience and an AI editorial engine that publishes a daily channel digest.
Vaygo
A social-commerce storefront we built out of curiosity to test video-led product discovery, an AI sales agent and wishlist/restock demand signals. It never launched as a business — but its storefront engine is what this SellerSpree demo was rebuilt from.
What we can build for you
From demo to launch in two months
Eight weeks, four steps, a working build on the staging domain every Friday. We do not start coding on day one: the first week is for access, credentials and learning how your current setup works. You own the code, the data and the servers from day one.
Discovery & access
- Access and credentials: VendorElite / current admin, product feed or API, S3 images, seller portal, payment accounts (PayPal, Skrill, card gateway), shipping rules, GTM, Search Console, domain & DNS
- We study how the current site works: data model, shade variants, seller flow, order and return process, integrations
- Catalog export and a data map (what moves, what is cleaned, what is dropped)
- Scope and priorities signed off in writing; fixed price confirmed
Build the store
- Catalog migration: every brand, SKU, shade and image
- This design completed: all pages, both themes, mobile-first
- Search with suggestions, filters, brand and category pages
- Accounts (e-mail, Google, Apple), wishlist, order history
- Checkout with your payment providers, your shipping and tax rules, order e-mails
- End of week 4: the full store on staging for your team to test
Go live & grow
- SEO launch kit: 301 map from every old URL, structured data, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, GA4 + Search Console
- Week 5: go-live on sellerspree.com with a rollback plan
- Reviews with photos and Q&A migrated from the current site
- Restock, price-drop and abandoned-cart e-mails; coupons and pro pricing
- Brand and category landing pages, blog migration; admin with demand insights
Apps & handover
- iOS and Android apps (Flutter) on the same backend, submitted to the App Store and Google Play by week 8 — store review takes 1–7 days and is outside our control
- Push notifications: order status, restock, offers
- Recently viewed and one-tap reorder
- Handover: documentation, monitoring, backups, a 30-day support window
- • Build on the staging domain every Friday, written changelog every release
- • You own the repository, servers, domains and data
- • English communication, daily overlap with US business hours
- • Fixed price for the 2-month plan, confirmed after week 1; changes agreed in writing
- • The assistant in this demo is a preview on 15 products
- • A real one needs your full catalog, shade knowledge and ongoing model costs
- • We add it after launch in small steps (search help → shade advice → support), each one measured before the next
- • You decide when it is worth the spend
- • Loyalty program for salons and barbers
- • Shade matching from a photo
- • Seller-portal redesign and payout changes (your current seller flow stays as is during the 2 months)
- • Additional languages and markets
